The Jackalope Bar & Rotisserie has a private catering facility for a variety of different events. Our private banquet room is perfect for afternoon or evening business meetings, luncheons, birthday or anniversary parties, showers, and wedding rehearsals. The room is equipped with its own bar and private deck with a spectacular view of Lake Erie.
The banquet room holds up to fifty-five people comfortably for dinner and up to seventy people for an appetizer or cocktail party. There is also the convenience of an elevator for any handicapped or elderly persons.
When booking our banquet facility there is a $50.00 deposit for any weekday parties (Monday thru Thursday) and a $100.00 deposit for any weekend parties (Friday thru Sunday). This deposit is non-refundable fourteen days prior to the date of the party. There is a $25.00 additional fee if you require a bartender for your event. We require a guaranteed head count 3 days to the party to ensure proper set up of the room and the amount of food to prepare.
The Jackalope Lakeside offers a variety of choices depending on your party needs. For dinner we have two options, a sit down dinner or buffet style. For a sit down dinner exceeding fifteen people we would allow no more than 3 choices off our dinner menu. These choices have to be pre-selected no less than one week in advance of the party.
A final count of the number of people in your party is needed 3 days prior to the party. That number is the amount we are preparing food for and the number of people you will be charged for, regardless of no-shows, etc. The extra food can be taken with you if you wish.
There is no additional room fee as long as we cater dinner. However, if you are just planning a cocktail or hors d’oeuvres party there will be a $75.00 room assessment fee. Any party that does require a bartender will also be assessed a $25.00 bartending fee. Each event will have a surcharge of 6.25% tax and an 18% gratuity to each bill.

All Buffet Dinners include maroon linen table cloths, silverware wrapped in ivory linen napkins, glassware, and centerpieces. (If you would like different color combinations or napkin folds, contact us for different options and availability. There will be an additional charge for linen changes.) Choose either two or three entrees and potato. The vegetable will be the seasonal vegetable unless otherwise specified.
